Refunds¶

Refunds may only be given before your purchased credit is added to your account balance. Please see Section 4.3 of our Service Agreement for more information on our refund policy.

If you would like to request a refund due to a QUIC.cloud issue, please open a ticket, and let us know what the problem is.
