New billing and support system

On December 14th, 2023, we began the process of replacing our legacy billing and support systems with a new, easier-to-use setup.

Billing, Support, and your my.quic.cloud Dashboard are now all linked under a single login account.

With our previous system, you were required to create a separate WordPress account in order to purchase credit or submit a support ticket. With this new system, everything is handled with one account.

Access

  • All new registrations and logins will be handled through your QUIC.cloud Dashboard.
  • You can find the Billing and Support link under the Dashboard's Account menu (the person figure) at the top of every page.

Purchases and tickets

The new Billing and Support area can be accessed from your QUIC.cloud Dashboard's My Account page when you are logged in. Any invoices or tickets you may have are displayed in this area.

Use the Order menu to add money to your account balance and access your order history. Use the Tickets menu to get support.

Tickets may also be opened via email. Send a message to support@quic.cloud and it will be automatically imported into this system and displayed on your My Account page.

Legacy billing and support

Legacy Billing and Support were permanently retired as of March 31, 2024, and are no longer available.
